RRJM Deploys First Batch of Filipino Workers to Guam

We are very excited to share the news of our first batch of workers to be deployed in Guam tonight.

Last September, the US Government has finally approved the improvement and construction of new infrastructures for their naval facility in the Island. The military buildup is expected to require atleast 10,000 workers. 6,000 would come from outside the US and the rest would be workers already in the island.

The government agencies and local recruitment firms has been anticipating this project since 2007. And we are fortunate to be tapped this early. (POEA has reported that the OFW deployment would be at full swing late 2011).

Keep sending us your resume as we are expecting more worker requirements to come during the months ahead.

Advantages of Partnering with a Recruitment Agency

You are a company from a certain country. You need to expand but unfortunately there aren’t enough skilled personnel available locally. What should you do? Maybe it’s time to recruit people from overseas.  But how do you go about it?

This is where recruitment agencies come in.

There are Several Advantages to Working with Recruitment Agencies

1.  Expertise in Recruiting Personnel

Every company possess a core competency.  You maybe in the construction industry and your core competency is building houses or buildings. Likewise, a Recruitment Agency’s core competency is finding the right people for the right job.

Recruitment Agency’s handles the interview and examinations of people that could possibly fill a particular job requirement.

2. Existing Manpower Pool of Ready Workers

Recruitment Agencies maintain a database of skill workers and professionals.  These are people that are waiting and ready to be deployed even at a short notice.

At RRJM we have a manpower pool of twenty thousand plus people. And our database is continually growing.

3. Familiarity with the Countries Existing Labor Laws

Every country has existing laws and government departments that are created to take care of workers who are going overseas.

There are requirements that must be met before a worker is given clearance to work abroad.

A recruitment agency can facilitate the process and insulate a company from the tedious steps of deploying workers.

4. Serves as the local Job Promotions Arm in the Target Country

Job availability must be advertised in order to get people to apply. This can be done through classified ads, radio, television, or internet.

Recruitment agencies undertake this activities on behalf of their clients.

Finally, If you are going to hire skilled workers and professionals from the Philippines, why not partner with us.

Because at these age most job offers are supervisory or managerial. What if you are happier being a simple worker?

Actually, if you are open to working abroad, there are a lot of job opportunities for workers within these age group.

If you visit our jobs database at http://jobsopen.rrjm.com. You will find that we’ve looked for workers even up to the age of 55.
