Start Your Journey to Japan with RRJM International Manpower Services Inc.
RRJM International Manpower Services Inc. is continuously hiring Japan Housekeepers (On-Call Cleaners) for deployment to Japan. As our Japanese partner employers regularly require workers, we conduct recruitment and deployment activities throughout the year.
Because employer demand is ongoing, we open new batches regularly and deploy housekeepers every month. If you dream of working in Japan, now is the perfect time to begin your application.
We Recruit by Batch and Train as a Class
One unique feature of our Japan Housekeeper Program is that applicants undergo the process by batch or class.
Once accepted into the program, applicants will be grouped into a batch and will proceed through the required training together.
This means that each class will:
? Attend TESDA Domestic Work NC II Training together
? Attend Japanese Language Training together
? Undergo assessments and screening together
? Support and motivate one another throughout the preparation process
Training as a group allows applicants to build camaraderie, practice Japanese together, and stay motivated while preparing for employment in Japan.
As soon as one batch completes the program and proceeds to deployment, RRJM opens a new batch to accommodate more aspiring workers.
