Position : Waterproofing Technician

Qualifications:
- With minimum 2 years work experience in local and minimum of 3 years abroad.
- No work experience abroad need not apply.
- Vocational Graduate.
- TESDA Certificate is advantage but not required.
- Good communication skills in English language.
- 25-45 years old
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Successful candidate will undertake all aspects of waterproofing work including, but not limited to:
- Polyurethane crack injection
- Epoxy crack injection
- Interior perimeter drain system installation
- Hand excavation and waterproofing
- Sump pump installation
- Window well installation
REQUIREMENTS:
FOR OVERSEAS EMPLOYMENT RECORDS THE APPLICANTS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Employment Certificates & Employment Contract (Must have verifiable contact information and address)
2. Valid and OLD Passport with visa stamped.
3. OLD Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC), POEA Info Sheet, OLD PDOS.
4. Old Payslip, Company ID, ticket, residence permit.
5. Police Clearance ( for those who worked for more than 5 years in a certain country or Statutory Declaration)
FOR LOCAL EMPLOYMENT RECORDS:
1. Employment Certificates and Employment Contracts (Verifiable contact information and address).
2. SSS contribution, SSS Static information, SSS ID.
3. Company ID, Payslip and other relevant documents.
4. Training Certificates
In addition, kindly provide the following:
1. NBI Clearance
2. 2x2 picture White background with collar
3. Passport size picture, blue Background with collar
